Mindset is such a powerful thing, either bad or good. Your mindset determines where you will go in life.
If you are a negative person, most likely you always feel like someone is out to get you, like nothing ever goes your way, and that you can never be anymore than you are right now. If that is what you think; then it’s true. Proverbs 23:7 “For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.” If you think negative, life will be negative. You are in control of your thoughts. Change your thoughts and you can change everything. That’s why all of the business leaders are teaching people to listen or read some type of personal development audio or book daily. Fixing what is between our ears is the key to unlocking our future.
If you have not read “The Miracle Morning” by Hal Elrod or “The Miracle Morning for Network Marketers” by Pat Petrini and Hal Elrod, I seriously recommend getting both and reading them. They teach a method called Life – SAVERS. These are things that many of the top income earners use daily in their morning routines. Your personal SAVERS routine could be 10 minutes or 2 hours, depending on the time you have and the goals you set for yourself.
S– Silence which really means prayer or meditation. I personally believe that starting your day with a few minutes of prayer sets the tone for a positive day.
A – Affirmations – Affirming what you want to happen in your life. Many people believe these are silly, but basically an affirmation is just a statement or multiple statements you say over your life. The Bible says to speak life and that life and death is in the power of the tongue. So what you speak is powerful. Speak positive statements over your business, over your family, over your health.
V– Visualization – Visualize just for a couple minutes where you want to be, how it will feel when you get there, how it will look, what will change. Our mind is powerful and training it to see what could be provides us with a more positive outlook.
E– Exercise. This could be an hour or 5 minutes. Just something to get your heart pumping and wake you up, or you could do an hour of cardio, Whatever your fitness goals are, plan your exercise around them. But do at least a minute of something to wake up and get your body going.
R – Read. Reading is important and we all need to continue to learn new things every day. This could be your Bible, or a personal development book or maybe even just some inspirational quotes. The key is to read something useful and that will teach you something new.
S– Scribe or Journal. I have a gratitude journal where I write down what I am grateful for. I don’t do this consistently but I am going to set a goal to do this daily. Writing down our thoughts and goals sets us up for greater success. Gratitude really does change our attitude and our outlook on life, which in turns sets us up for a more successful life.

I lost consistency and forward moving in my business. I was scrambling daily to get things done because I didn’t start my day off with a plan and my SAVERS.
